Job Title: Driver (Team Leader – Drivers)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Driver (Team Leader – Drivers) to supervise and manage a team of drivers while ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good knowledge of UAE roads, and the ability to coordinate daily driver activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of drivers
• Assign daily routes and duties to drivers
• Ensure all drivers follow traffic laws and company policies
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy
• Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately
• Maintain daily logs, trip records, and driver reports
• Support operations team with transportation planning
• Train new drivers on company procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a driver (team leader experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage schedules and handle pressure
• Clean driving record

Preferred Skills:

• Supervisory or team-leading experience
• Basic reporting and coordination skills
• Professional and disciplined attitude
