Driver - Wickenburg - PRN

As a Driver you will be responsible for providing patient transportation services. May provide assistance in processing admissions.

Essential Duties Include:

• Provide local transportation including, but not limited to, courier runs between the facilities.
• Provide patient transportation to and from the airport, appointments and meetings.
• Practices safe driving, obeying all traffic laws.
• Performs routine vehicle checks before using the vehicle.
• May perform admission duties in the absence of the Transportation Supervisor / Admission Clerk.
• Ability to converse in English with others to give, take and process information; extensive use of telephone.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, multi-task, coordinate projects and record/transcribe general and specific meeting minutes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Communicate with other staff to relay concerns and observations involving patient safety.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
• Valid Arizona State Drivers License with an excellent driving record
• Must be 21 years of age
• Previous transportation experience in a healthcare setting preferred
