Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Gulfport

We are looking for motivated and charismatic drivers to join our local crew and work our coffee trucks. We're looking to fill a part-time position, up to 4 days per week, with weekend availability. Drivers MUST be at least 19 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events. You will drive the truck to that day's location and serve customers. This is a very fun job where you will be serving various beverages available on the trucks.

Drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. We are based out of Poplarville (39470) and service a variety of local zip codes. Drivers start out on $10 an hour in the initial training period and receive a pay increase of $15 when training is over. IMPORTANT: The shifts can range anywhere from a few hours up to an entire day! This depends on whether we are serving a booking that could be a short hour or a long festival. Please keep this in mind when applying because it is part of the job!

Driver Responsibilities:

Learn the basics of Tom's from the operations to the brand.

Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team members

Drive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously

Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy

Work for long hours of time if needed for certain events

Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Learn how to take apart the product machines for cleaning or servicing

Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse

Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking

Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation

Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

Be the face of the brands when on the road!

Requirements:

Must be at least 19 years of age or older

Have a great driving record

Monday-Sunday availability, daytime and some evenings

Preferably live in Poplarville or close to Poplarville.

Previous barista experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
