Driver/Concrete Coatings Installer

We Are Growing! Fortress Floors Midwest Pro is seeking an amazing Driver/Installer to join our best-in-class Concrete Coatings Team! Our customers and our team mean everything to us. Responsibilities & Requirements

As an Driver/Installer, you will join one of our crews and support the installation of our 100% Polyurea Based Concrete Floor Coating System, using our industry-leading installation process and premium products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive to job sites with our truck and 14' Trailer, being able to maneuver and back up in driveways, alleyways, and other tight spots
• Concrete Floor Preparation, including Diamond Grinding, Handing Grinding & Removal of Existing Floor Coatings, where applicable.
• Concrete Repair & Mendering.
• Application of Polyurea Base Coat and Flake Broadcasting.
• Application of Polyaspartic Top Coat.
• Adherence to Fortress Floors Midwest Pro's professional process and approach.
• Professionally communicate with Customers throughout the installation process.
• Ensure complete Customer Satisfaction by delivering quality and service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Safely and respectfully drive and back trucks and trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete or concrete coatings is helpful, but not required.
• We provide Paid Professional Training to help you succeed.

• Pride in Workmanship and a Commitment to Quality.
• Valid Driver's License with an Insurable Driving Record & Ability to Safely Drive and Back a Truck/Trailer
• Ability to handle physical workloads and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work well independently and lead small teams.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage job sites effectively.
