Driver/Mover/Packer -- CASH TIPS (North Austin)

We are currently hiring Drivers who are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven organization.

About the Role

• Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites

• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections

• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews

• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods

• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes up stairs)

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

Pay & Benefits:

Drivers

• Starting at $18+/hr (based on experience)

• Training pay: $17/hr (first 2–60 days)

Additional Compensation:

• Tips – Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips

• Profit-Sharing Bonus – Every 6 months after 1 year of continuous employment

• 401(k) – Company match up to 3%

Driver Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No CDL required

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Weekday and weekend shifts

• Flexible scheduling options
