Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Driver/Technician who is eager to combine driving skills with technical expertise. This energetic role involves transporting equipment and materials to job sites, performing maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, and supporting our field operations. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, experience with hand tools, and a class C MO drivers license or an out-of-state drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport tools, equipment, coworkers and materials to job sites across the area
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites, including lifting heavy materials over 75 lbs and using hand tools
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Support field service operations by diagnosing mechanical issues and executing repairs efficiently

Experience

• Prior experience working with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) machinery or in a field service role is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic computer hardware for diagnostics
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments requiring lifting, shoveling, pushing wheelbarrows, and operating pneumatic tools

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
