Driver/Transportation

• Provide transportation in agency vehicles for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
• Transport to day programs, doctor's appointments and recreational activities.
• Must have good driving record and experience operating vans and buses.
• Manages transportation calendar.
• Supervises individuals during transportation to ensure their safety.
• Responsible for petty cash monies and transportation receipts, i.e., gasoline, tolls, parking, etc.
• Supervises individuals on appointments, (medical, dental, psychological, psychiatric, recreational and or other activities.
• Ensures medical paperwork is completed by physicians, lab techs or other medical personnel.
• Ensures that documentation for all appointments are obtained and presented to the nurse for review within the timeframe specified.
• Obtains motor vehicle maintenance as specified including oil changes, tire rotation and other maintenance issues as required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
