Drone & Camera Operator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Drone & Camera Operator to capture cinematic aerial and ground visuals that reinforce our brand’s premium identity. This role plays a key part in showcasing large-scale developments, luxury infrastructure, and high-profile events through visually compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate advanced DJI drones (Mini, Air, Mavic, Inspire series) to capture high-resolution aerial footage, including project progress, landscapes, and promotional visuals.
• Shoot professional-grade video and photography using mirrorless/DSLR cameras (Sony, Canon) with gimbals (DJI Ronin) to ensure smooth, cinematic motion.
• Capture architecture, interiors, events, and lifestyle content with strong attention to framing, lighting, exposure, and composition.
• Plan and execute shoots, including location scouting, shot planning, and coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain and manage all equipment, ensuring operational readiness (batteries, storage, backups, and safety checks).
• Deliver well-organized, labeled raw footage within defined timelines; basic editing and color grading (including LUT application) will be considered an advantage.
• Ensure all drone operations comply with relevant safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience indrone operation and professional videography/photography (real estate, construction, or corporate sector preferred).
• Strong command of manual camera settings, exposure control, and 4K video workflows.
• Practical knowledge of color grading fundamentals and LUTs.
• Proven ability to handle gimbals and produce smooth, cinematic footage.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and active construction sites.
• Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering stable, high-quality visuals.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
