Drone Content & Growth Contractor

AeroAnchor is hiring a part-time contract Drone Content & Growth Contractor.

AeroAnchor is an early-stage drone accessories brand focused on control, ergonomics, and how drone operators actually use their gear in the field.

We are looking for someone who can help build the brand from the ground up through content creation, Instagram growth, outreach, and real operator feedback.

This is not a traditional social media role. We are not looking for someone to simply make a content calendar and post a few times a week. We need someone who can create, test, learn, and help us figure out what actually works.

What You’ll Do

• Create, film, edit, and publish short-form content, primarily for Instagram/Reels
• Help grow AeroAnchor’s Instagram from the ground up
• Reach out to drone operators, creators, and businesses through DMs, comments, and direct outreach
• Help gather feedback from real drone operators
• Turn operator feedback into content ideas, messaging, and product direction
• Support early website direction, messaging, and basic website updates
• Test content ideas quickly and improve based on what performs
• Help shape the early voice and direction of the brand

Who You Are

You should be someone who:

• Can film, edit, and publish content yourself
• Understands Instagram/Reels and what makes short-form content perform
• Is comfortable reaching out to people and starting conversations
• Can work independently without needing daily direction
• Is comfortable in an early-stage environment where things will evolve
• Has interest or experience in drones, gear, tech, outdoor products, content creation, or growth

Drone experience is a plus, but not required if you are a fast learner and strong content/growth person.

You do not need a perfect resume. We care more about whether you can take ownership, move fast, create content, talk to users, and help us learn.

This role may not be a fit if you prefer a highly structured corporate environment or only want to work on polished campaigns.

Compensation

This is a paid contract role starting at $2,500/month for an initial part-time period.

Expected time commitment is approximately 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility in how the work is structured.

Compensation and scope will be reviewed after the initial period based on fit, ownership, and results.
