Job Opening: Agricultural Drone Engineer / Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Agricultural Drone Engineer/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agricultural drones, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage operations independently. This role involves drone building, maintenance, DGCA compliance, and supporting Type Certification (TC) work.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of agricultural drone flying experience
• Medium Category RPAS (RPC) Certificate holder
• Perform drone maintenance, calibration, and repairs
• Build complete drones from scratch and handle flight controller integration
• Conduct flight tests for DGCA Type Certification activities
• Knowledge of DGCA documentation and compliance procedures
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and coordinate effectively
• Support technical operations both in-office and on-field as required

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with agricultural drones
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and software)
• Ability to assemble, configure, and test drones end-to-end
• Good understanding of Mission Planner (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, discipline, and responsibility in field operations
