Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and driven Aeronautical Engineering freshers to join our team as Drone Operations Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in the rapidly growing drone industry, working hands-on with UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing drone flight missions for various commercial and industrial purposes
• Operate drones in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and maintenance
• Analyze flight data and contribute to performance optimization
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve drone systems
• Stay updated on drone technology trends and aviation regulations

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering (2024 or 2025 pass-outs preferred)
• Basic understanding of UAV systems, flight dynamics, and airspace regulations
• Strong interest in drone technology and aerial operations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Drone pilot certification (DGCA or equivalent)
• Experience with flight simulation software or drone assembly
• Knowledge of GIS, mapping tools, or aerial imaging
