Drone Operator / Aerial Cinematographer

We are seeking an experienced Drone Operator / Aerial Cinematographer for contract-based assignments in Oman, focused on high-quality commercial content.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture cinematic aerial footage for films, commercials, real estate, hospitality, and branded content
• Operate professional-grade drones, including DJI Inspire 2 (or above)
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to achieve specific visual outcomes
• Plan flights, assess locations, and ensure safe and compliant drone operations
• Manage footage capture, storage, and handover in line with production requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience shooting films, commercials, and advertising content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic aerial work
• Proficient with DJI Inspire 2 and higher-end platforms
• Valid drone license and permits compliant with Oman aviation regulations
• Strong understanding of camera settings, movement, framing, and storytelling from the air
• Ability to work independently and under tight production timelines
• Based in Oman or available to work locally

Preferred

• Experience working on hospitality, tourism, or real estate projects
• Familiarity with Omani landscapes, airspace restrictions, and filming permissions
