If so, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a DRS Administrator to join our Dispute Resolution Service Education and Operations teams the people who ensure our candidate journeys, training programmes, panel assessments and stakeholder experiences run smoothly from start to finish.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

What will the role involve? As our DRS Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate the full administration of education programmes, exams, assessments, certification and reassessments.

  • Handle candidate enquiries and provide confident first-line support across all communication channels.

  • Maintain accurate records, update systems and ensure all data is processed within agreed SLAs.

  • Support planning and delivery of departmental initiatives, meetings and events.

  • Build positive working relationships with candidates, panel members, trainers and internal teams.

  • Prepare reports, track programme participation, and support quality assurance processes.

  • Assist with payment, invoice and refund queries in partnership with Finance.

  • Use CRM and digital platforms (including Dynamics 365) to manage records and generate insights.

  • Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft applications.

  • A proactive, adaptable, solutions-focused attitude.

  • Bonus: Understanding of education frameworks, qualification routes or ADR.
