Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated DRT Executive to join our VS Hospitals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Doctors Referral, with the ability to join immediately.

DRT Executive (Doctor Relationship/Referral Team) - HealthcareThis role focuses on driving patient volume by building relationships with referring doctors and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with the medical community to increase patient referrals.
• Promote hospital services and organize events like CME and medical camps.
• Gather feedback from referring physicians.
• Work towards achieving referral and revenue goals.
• Track and report on outreach activities.

Qualification & Skills:

• A degree, preferably in Marketing or Healthcare Management.
• Experience in doctor referral marketing, typically 1-3 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Requires extensive travel within a designated area.

Experience: 1-3 Years

CTC: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000
