Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing or a related field

OR

Bachelor's Degree with 18 college credits in Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Criminal Justice or other related social sciences
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
FBI Clearance Completed through the Department of Human Services
Description

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a full time Drug and Alcohol Case Manager to join our Lebanon Team!

In this position you would be working with drug and alcohol clients providing a full range of case management services.

Main job duties would include:

Conduct intakes, assess needs, link to resources
Screen and assess to determine treatment options
Work with local emergency rooms and first responders to connect individuals with services and resources
Work within the community to build relationships with resources
Provide ongoing support for sustained recovery from substance use
Collaborate with other team members to ensure individual needs are met
Work with local probation, state parole and county correctional facility to ensure individuals' needs are met upon re-entry into the community
Work with local community events to provide support to the local recovery community
Collaborating closely with drug and alcohol inpatient and withdrawal management providers to facilitate admissions and support discharge planning

Applicants for this position must have an understanding of the addiction and recovery process. EOE

Pay $17 per hour
