Drug Screen Collector/Phlebotomist

We are currently seeking a drug screen collector and licensed phlebotomist to join our team. Training and certification will provided for urine, saliva and hair collections, as well as breath alcohol testing. The candidate must possess a valid phlebotomy license.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting urine, hair and saliva samples for drug screenings

• Following proper chain of custody procedures

• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of test results and result reporting to client

• Performing phlebotomy procedures as needed

• Performing breath alcohol tests

• Performing other administrative duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certified phlebotomist with a valid license

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must have a reliable vehicle to perform onsite testing if needed

• Must be willing to travel overnight 3 to 4 times a year
