Drug Store Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Drug Store Marketing Executive with a minimum of two years of proven experience in pharmacy and retail medical store marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, strengthening pharmacy relationships, and achieving sales growth across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, established relationships within the UAE pharmacy network, and a solid understanding of OTC, prescription, and aesthetic product promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans targeting retail pharmacies and drug stores
• Establish, maintain, and expand professional relationships with pharmacists and store owners
• Drive product promotion initiatives for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and aesthetic portfolios
• Plan and implement in-store branding, promotional campaigns, and merchandising activities
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions for pharmacy teams
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and distribution objectives
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
• Prepare detailed marketing performance reports and territory analysis

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in pharmacy or drug store marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical, OTC, or aesthetic consumable products
• Established pharmacy network within the UAE (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
