Drug Store Pharmacist - Male

Job Summary

We are seeking a Eligible Drug Store Pharmacist Warehouse to oversee pharmaceutical storage operations within our drug store warehouse. The role focuses on ensuring safe storage, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and secure environment in accordance with UAE health authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee proper storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products
• Ensure compliance with DHA / MOH regulations and Good Storage Practices (GSP)
• Monitor and maintain temperature-controlled storage, including cold chain management
• Ensure correct labeling, segregation, and storage of medications as per regulations
• Conduct regular checks on expiry dates, batch numbers, and stock conditions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times
• Implement and monitor SOPs related to storage, handling, and dispatch
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal departments
• Report any deviations, damages, or non-compliance issues immediately
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Valid UAE Pharmacist License (DHA / MOH / HAAD) or eligibility
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or pharmaceutical storage is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and regulatory requirements
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, responsible, and proactive work approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
