The Dry Bar Content Coordinator supports content readiness, accuracy, and distribution across Angel platforms, DBC+, FAST channels, and third-party partners. This role supports day-to-day content operations, including metadata management, release scheduling, asset coordination, and platform publishing. The position collaborates across teams to support brand consistency, improve workflows, and ensure content is delivered accurately and efficiently across platforms.

When faced with roadblocks, mistakes or unforeseen circumstances, consistently and proactively find creative solutions and/or break down barriers to handle the challenge or complication. (Focus is on creating/building/testing/learning/resolution rather than getting stuck and identifying or placing blame).
Essential functions:
Ensure content readiness, accuracy, and timely release across platforms
Maintain catalog integrity, metadata, and asset quality
Support brand management, content publishing, discoverability, and distribution operations across Angel, DBC+, FAST, and third-party platforms and partners
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to resolve workflow gaps and execution issues
Contribute to process improvements that increase operational efficiency and reliability
Create pitch decks for new distribution partners and contribute to distribution strategy
Submit content to the Angel Guild and track performance results
Create and edit media assets, including social clips and audio content
Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics, and distribution metrics
Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.

An exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content or project management platforms
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful problem solver who can work through ambiguity and identify practical solutions
Ability to take ownership, execute with efficiency, share context, and respond positively to feedback
Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and workflows quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content or project management platforms
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Willing to support a variety of operational, administrative, and team needs as required
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.
Physical demands - Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time.
Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week.
Travel required - Travel not anticipated
2+ years in content operations, digital media, or similar field
Experience with content management systems, metadata, or asset workflows
Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, or performance metrics
Basic experience with video/audio editing or production tools
Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage workflows
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
Familiarity with streaming platforms, FAST channels, or digital distribution
Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems such as Iconik
Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation is a plus
Work authorization - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
