Dry Cleaning Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dry Cleaning Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling dry cleaning and laundry operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned to customers in pristine condition. Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer garments for dry cleaning and laundry services
• Operate dry cleaning machines, presses, and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special instructions and communicate with customers as needed
• Handle customer transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with dry cleaning processes, laundry operations, or cleaning services is a plus
• Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing cash register operations
• Experience with cashiering or cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory
