Dryer Vent Technician

Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Dryer Vent Technician for single-residential and multi-unit clients. In this role, you will perform thorough inspections, cleanings, and repairs of dryer vents. Your mechanical expertise and field service skills will drive positive outcomes for our customers while providing you with opportunities to develop your technical knowledge in duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning of dryer vents to remove lint buildup, most of the time from the exterior using ladders.
• Diagnose issues with ventilation systems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams or homeowners to ensure proper installation and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and parts used; prepare reports for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician in construction, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or similar home service fields.
• Hands-on experience with ladders including window washing or painting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Bring your construction skills, mechanical knowledge, and passion for service excellence to this challenging position.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
