About the Role:
Alta Group is looking for a dedicated and skilled Drywall & Painting Laborer to become part of our expanding remodeling team. Based in Everett, WA, we serve homeowners throughout Seattle and surrounding areas. In this hands-on role, you’ll help deliver high-quality home renovations—from framing and drywall to painting—working alongside a dynamic, team-focused crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with framing, drywall installation, and painting on residential remodeling projects
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
• Load and unload tools and materials as needed
• Support carpenters, installers, and foremen with daily site operations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in framing, drywall, and painting preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and with a team
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and advance within the construction industry

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, full-time. Hours may vary depending on project needs.

Location:
Everett, WA 98208 - Projects located throughout Seattle and surrounding areas.
