Position Summary:
The DSC Legal Assistant will provide coverage for Legal Assistants who are out of the office on leave and/or vacation. They will also provide additional administrative support for all attorneys, paralegals, and staff. This would include drafting and revising pleadings, preparing correspondence, transcribing dictation and hearings, and working on document cleanup and formatting per attorney, paralegal, and staff management specifications.

The expected pay scale for this position is $23.08–$30.77 per hour (overtime eligible per applicable laws) with an approximate annualized equivalent of $45,000.00–$60,000.00 based on 37.50 hrs./week. Actual earnings may vary. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as your qualifications, relevant experience, education, work location, and market conditions.
