We are currently looking for compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. This role is ideal for someone with experience in caregiving or human services who is passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities and personal care

• Assist with behavioral support and encourage positive outcomes

• Help individuals build life skills that promote independence and community involvement

• Provide emotional and physical support as needed

• Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community programs

• Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines

• Follow all program policies, safety procedures, and care protocols

• Participate in recreational, vocational, and social activities with individuals

• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of experience in caregiving, DSP work, or a related field (preferred)

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid New Jersey driver's license

• Completion of DDD training (or willingness to obtain)

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to travel up to 30 miles for work

• Availability to work weekends

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• A strong commitment to supporting individuals with care, patience, and respect
