DSP (Direct Support Professional)- Day Program

Premier Approach is looking for expierenced DSP's to join our team! (Day program position)

Responsibilities include:

*Provide NMT to and from Day program-- Hours are roughly 730am-3pm M-F

* Working with individuals during the day to accomplish desired outcomes & facilitate community involvment.

Assisting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities with all aspects of daily living

Provide assistance in meeting social and emotional needs

Facilitating contact and visitation with Family and Friends

Encouraging community involvement

Maintaining a safe & sanitary living environment

Planning and initiating social/community activities and providing assistance

Helping with bath & hygiene tasks

Supporting medical needs

Assistance with non-medical transportation

Completing documentation during and following each shift

Complete all required and job specific training

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Must submit and pass a background check

Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance

*** Clean driving record/ability to be on company vehichle insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
