Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 1:1 Male Support

We are seeking a male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult with disabilities in both the home and community setting. This position requires reliability, physical engagement, and the ability to build a structured, consistent routine.

This is not a passive caregiving role.
This is a daily execution role where your consistency directly impacts someone’s quality of life.

What This Role Actually Requires

You will be responsible for maintaining a structured, predictable routine that supports:

• Safety
• Dignity
• Independence
• Daily engagement

This includes:

• Assisting with personal care (hygiene, grooming, dressing)
• Supporting meals, housekeeping, and daily living tasks
• Leading daily community-based activity (walking, parks, outings)
• Transporting to appointments and activities as needed
• Supporting medication per care plan
• Completing documentation accurately and consistently
• Providing calm, steady, and professional support

You are not just “helping.”
You are setting the tone for the day.

Schedule (Set and Predictable)

Day Shift:
Sunday–Wednesday: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Graveyard Shift:
Sunday–Wednesday: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Compensation & Benefits

• $21–$23 per hour (based on experience)
