DSP HCBS for children in NYC

We are currently hiring HCBS CFASS providers to work with children and families throughout NYC.

CFASS (Community and Family Advocacy and Support Services) focuses on helping children and caregivers build skills, improve functioning, and access supports within the home and community.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skill-building and family support services
• Working on behavior management, communication, advocacy, and daily living goals
• Supporting families with community resources and independent functioning
• Implementing treatment/service plans
• Completing session documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (social work, psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Experience working with children/families preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must complete required NYS trainings and clearances

Pay:

• $30/hour
• Flexible schedule
• Supervision and onboarding support provided
