What We’re Looking For:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license (must be insurable under our policy)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of background check
• At least 2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Physically able to lift and transfer individuals as needed
• Willingness to obtain and maintain all required certifications (we provide these during paid training)

Your Role:

• Manage a community home for adults with developmental disabilities
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including participation in the on-call schedule, and provide direct care
• Assist with personal care needs (hygiene, grooming, feeding, mobility, and medical monitoring)
• Drive and accompany individuals to community activities
• Build meaningful, supportive relationships with the people you serve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
