Position Summary:
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing all current and future e-commerce channels for the company. This includes, but is not limited to, Shopify, Amazon (Seller Central), and any additional third-party marketplaces or direct-to-consumer platforms added over time. This role serves as a key link between sales, marketing, and analytics, while also owning digital marketing, social media, and brand content initiatives to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
DTC E-Commerce Account Management:
- Own day-to-day management of all e-commerce accounts, including Shopify, Amazon (Seller Central), and any future marketplaces or platforms.
- Lead the setup and launch of new DTC e-commerce storefront and marketplaces (i.e. Amazon storefront), ensuring proper merchandising, content deployment, and readiness for launch.
- Ensure accurate, optimized product listings and timely execution of launches, promotions, and assortment updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce channels.
- Monitor account performance, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Support forecasting and demand planning using historical data and trends.
E-Commerce Marketing & Campaign Development
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to develop targeted marketing campaigns that increase e-commerce revenue.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces with a focus on boosting conversion and overall sales performance.
- Manage content production internally and in collaboration with external partners, including influencers, content creators, and third-party agencies.
Content Creation & Brand Awareness
- Create product and lifestyle content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support brand awareness and e-commerce visibility
- Utilize social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and sales, ensuring all content aligns with brand identity and merchandising priorities.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Continuously monitor campaign metrics—traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and sales lift—and adjust strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve marketing effectiveness and overall marketplace performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
