Purpose and Distinguishing Characteristics:
Under the direction of E-Commerce and Sales leadership, the incumbent will lead the design, marketing and operational efforts that drive sales revenue across Orbit and Gardena online and 3rd party e-commerce assets and applications. The incumbent will focus on converting traffic to Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channels into sales and revenue. The incumbent is also responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Brand & Marketing team. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for forecasting, catalog administration, and new product launches for Orbit and Gardena brands. These programs will include but not limited to: outreach through integrated sales and marketing campaigns, targeted social advertising, and email and SMS marketing. These efforts will capture and nurture leads targeting new and existing customers and drive sales to the Orbit and B-hyve brands.
Leads projects and initiatives related to store conversion, product mix, e-commerce, and shopping experience
Monitors, analyzes and reports campaign performance with but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, and leads
Develops and manages marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Brand & Marketing team across all channels, including but not limited to email, social media, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to observe, measure, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives and direct the development and implementation of solutions, and organizational changes
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management, warehouse management, brand marketing, CX, and quality engineering
Physical and Safety Requirements:
Sedentary: Typically, the associate may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying light items, driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
