Your seat to fill:

• Monitor and optimize operational processes within the Cybex e-Commerce shop
• Measure, analyze, and improve outbound performance at the 3PL partner
• Coordinate tasks and support the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team
• Track and assess operational costs to positively influence the D2C P&L, ensuring a sustainable and profitable business.
• Contribute to the continuous development and documentation of operational processes
• Measure and enhance return performance at the 3PL
• Create, maintain, and further develop reports, delivering accurate KPIs to support effective SLA management.
• Support various cross-functional projects as needed
  
  

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant customer service experience, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce Core).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, a hands-on mentality, and a clear process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of online shopping processes, fulfillment, and logistics
• Familiarity with returns/exchanges, subscriptions, or loyalty programs is a plus.
