DTF Printer Operator

Rhody Tees and DTF Shark are a fast-paced custom apparel production shop based in Cranston, RI. We specialize in screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, and custom merchandise for businesses, schools, events, and brands.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented DTF Printer Operator to run our direct-to-film printing operation. This role is hands-on and production-focused, with a strong emphasis on consistency, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and manage DTF printers on a daily basis
• Download, organize, and prepare print files
• Monitor print quality and identify issues before production
• Roll, cut, and prepare transfers for orders
• Maintain print logs and track production output
• Handle film, ink, and powder inventory
• Package orders and create shipping labels
• Assist with order fulfillment, packing, and shop organization
• Communicate any file or print issues to management

• Experience & Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
• Experience with printing equipment (DTF, screen print, or similar)
• Basic computer skills (downloading files, organizing folders, simple software use)
• Familiarity with artwork files (PNG, AI, PSD, etc.)
• Ability to identify low-quality or problematic images

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Typical production hours (daytime shift)
