DTF Printing

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can manage end-to-end DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing operations, operate heat press machines, and create high-quality graphic designs for apparel. The ideal candidate should have hands-on printing experience and strong design creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DTF printers, heat press machines, and related printing equipment.
• Prepare artwork files for print—color separation, sizing, layering, and formatting.
• Perform test prints and ensure accurate color, alignment, and quality output.
• Manage printing workflow, production schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot printing machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Create original and trend-driven graphic designs for T-shirts and merchandise.
• Collaborate with the team on branding, product concepts, and marketing visuals.
• Maintain organized inventory of films, inks, powders, and materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in DTF printing and heat press machine operation.
• Strong graphic design skills—Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Understanding of fabric printing techniques, color profiles & print file setup.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in apparel or merchandise printing industry.
• Knowledge of typography, streetwear trends, and visual branding.
• Photography or mockup creation skills are a plus.
