DTP Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented DTP Designer with hands-on experience in print design including brochures, pamphlets, posters, and packaging materials. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in desktop publishing tools and print production processes, with a keen eye for layout, visual balance, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of print collaterals such as:
• Brochures, pamphlets, posters, flyers, catalogues, banners, etc.
• Create packaging designs as per product and brand requirements.
• Prepare artwork and layouts for print with proper bleed, margins, resolution, and color standards (CMYK/RGB).
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to understand design briefs.
• Develop high-quality, print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors for proofs and production.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all print and packaging designs.
• Revise and update existing designs as needed.
• Maintain and organize a repository of templates, assets, and past projects.
