DTP Operator

At TUMC, we deliver innovative, sustainable, and customized consulting solutions to government bodies and private enterprises. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to join our team and contribute to the design and formatting of professional documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and format reports, manuals, proposals, and presentations as per company and client specifications
• Ensure consistency in layout, style, and branding across documents
• Work closely with consultants, content creators, and graphic designers to finalize publications
• Make corrections and adjustments as per feedback in a timely manner
• Convert text and data into visually appealing layouts using industry-standard DTP tools
• Maintain document version control and file organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design and layout
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and formats is a plus
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Publishing, or a related field is preferred
• Marathi and English Typing 40wpm
