You’ll have access to a customized website and a CRM system to streamline client management, along with automated social media and email marketing tools. Gain expertise in identifying both listed and off-market properties through the multiple listing service. Become part of our close-knit, supportive team dedicated to helping you achieve your career ambitions. This position is commission-based only.

Responsibilities

• Help guide and facilitate showing clients homes
• Provide valuations for potential sellers
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Lead generate
• Participate in training provided
• Track tasks and activities in Command

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
