As a Dual-Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist, you are a cornerstone of our luxury spa experience—delivering both advanced skincare and therapeutic body treatments with exceptional skill, attentiveness, and elegance. Key Responsibilities:
Skincare & Facial Treatments

Perform elevated facial treatments tailored to each guest's skin type and goals using high-performance, luxury skincare products.

Conduct detailed consultations, recommend treatment plans, and educate clients on skincare routines and home-care regimens.

Maintain expert knowledge of facial techniques, ingredient efficacy, and evolving skincare innovations.
Massage Therapy

Provide a range of therapeutic and relaxation massage services—including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and customized bodywork—in a calming and discreet manner.

Modify techniques and pressure to suit individual client needs and preferences, maintaining utmost comfort and care.

Uphold standards of professionalism, privacy, and spa etiquette throughout the guest’s treatment journey.
Client Engagement & Retention

Build lasting relationships through genuine connection, trust, and consistent excellence in service.

Promote additional treatments and recommend retail products to support guest wellness beyond the spa.

Foster loyalty and rebooking through personalized follow-up and exceptional guest rapport.
Cleanliness & Compliance

Maintain pristine treatment rooms with meticulous attention to hygiene, organization, and readiness.

Follow all protocols for sanitation, state licensing regulations, and brand-specific spa procedures.

Assist with inventory needs and ensure proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
Experience & Qualifications:

Valid licenses in both Esthetics and Massage Therapy (State-specific)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting

Advanced training or certification in facial modalities and bodywork is a plus

Dual expertise in skincare and massage with the ability to seamlessly transition between modalities

Strong communication and consultation skills
