The Role
As our
Dual Hotel General Manager
, you’ll be responsible for the full operation of both Courtyard and Residence Inn Stafford properties—guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence.
You’ll set the tone, build the culture, and lead a team that’s proud to wear the logo.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach

Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business

Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy

Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
-
Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met

Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance

Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team
