Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Dual Licensed Therapist, qualified as both a Massage Therapist and Esthetician, to join our vibrant wellness team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive therapeutic and aesthetic services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, skin health, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and beauty goals through personalized treatments that blend massage therapy and skincare. This role offers an hourly rate plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Deliver customized skincare treatments based on skin type, condition, and client preferences, utilizing advanced esthetician skills.
• Educate clients on self-care routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to support ongoing health benefits.
• Maintain detailed treatment records while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate physiologic principles and medical terminology when appropriate.
• Ensure exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming environment that emphasizes comfort, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Experience

• Valid licenses as both a Massage Therapist and Esthetician from the appropriate licensing boards.
• Prior experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage and skincare treatments.
• Proven ability in patient assessment techniques with a focus on pain management strategies.
• Familiarity with advanced massage modalities such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for enhancing client well-being through personalized care.
• Experience working within a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic and aesthetic services. Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
