Dual Licensed Therapist (Massage & Skincare)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Dual Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician to join our growing med spa team. This is a commission-based position, offering strong earning potential for motivated providers who are committed to building and maintaining a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other pain-relief modalities
• Perform comprehensive client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver advanced skincare services including facials, exfoliation, and corrective treatments
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, wellness strategies, and long-term skin health
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation using professional medical terminology
• Ensure a welcoming, professional, and high-standard client experience
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and med spa best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Active dual licensure as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician (state certified)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal function
• Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
• Experience with medical-grade skincare products; familiarity with SkinCeuticals is a strong advantage
• Previous med spa or healthcare setting experience preferred
• Excellent patient service skills with a focus on personalized care
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
