Dual Licensed Therapist (Massage & Skincare)

The Tox Delray Beach is hiring a dual-licensed Body Contouring Specialist to join our luxury aesthetic studio. This role is ideal for professionals licensed as both a Massage Therapist and Esthetician (or Cosmetologist) who are passionate about body sculpting, aesthetic treatments, and delivering visible client results.

The Tox® is a nationally recognized body contouring brand known for its sculpting treatments and high-end client experience. Our Delray Beach studio serves a loyal clientele seeking advanced body sculpting and aesthetic treatments in a modern, results-focused environment.

Compensation typically ranges from $40–$70+ per hour, including hourly pay, tips, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Perform body contouring and body sculpting treatments designed to visibly refine and shape the body.

Customize treatments based on client goals and body contouring needs.

Deliver a high-end client experience from consultation through post-treatment care.

Recommend professional skincare and body care products to support treatment results.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and treatment consistency.

Support studio marketing initiatives, events, and brand growth.

Required Qualifications

Must hold both licenses in the State of Florida:

• Licensed Massage Therapist
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist

Additional qualifications:

• Experience or strong interest in body contouring or body sculpting treatments
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client transformation
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury service environment
• Weekend availability required

Training

Selected candidates will complete up to 10 days of in-person training either in Florida or New York City.

Training includes hands-on instruction in The Tox® body contouring methodology and our client experience standards.

Compensation

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour

Total Compensation: averaging $40–$70+ per hour including:

• Client tips
• Retail commission
• Performance bonuses
