Duties

• Perform a variety of massage therapies including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle tension and pain.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver skincare treatments that complement massage therapy, focusing on skin health and aesthetic enhancement.
• Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments.
• Educate clients on pain management techniques, occupational health practices, and self-care routines for ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming environment, addressing questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as both a Massage Therapist and Esthetician or Skincare Specialist in your state or region.
• Proven experience with patient service, patient assessment, and delivering customized treatments.
• Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and skincare principles.
• Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients professionally and empathetically.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
