Dual Licensed Therapist (Massage & Skincare) LMT, Esthetician

Overview
Lisa Hartman Massage Therapy is a small massage and facial clinic located in Downtown Kissimmee, serving Osceola County since 2013. We're seeking to add a PART TIME dually licensed LMT/ Esthetician to our team.

What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences for both massage and skincare treatments.
• Provide a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and sports massage, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Administer skincare treatments including facials, body exfoliations tailored to client skin types. Proficiency in microdermabrasion is a must.
• Utilize your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their experience, while maintaining professionalism.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both massage therapy and skincare to continuously improve service offerings.

Basic qualifications

• Valid licenses for BOTH Massage Therapy (LMT) and Esthetics in accordance with state regulations and active professional liability insurance.
• Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge and physiology principles related to therapeutic practices.

Preferred qualifications

• 2+ year experience in a spa/ wellness clinic environment or similar setting is highly desirable. Experience is required.
• Proficiency in pain management techniques and patient service excellence.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices in a therapeutic context.

• W-2 position
• Required Availability: Must be available to work until 6:30 on weekdays when scheduled.
• Potential for more hours in the future

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
