Duties

• Perform a range of professional massage and skincare services to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively and addressing client concerns.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products to enhance client satisfaction
• Valid licenses in both Massage Therapy and Cosmetology or Esthetician credentials with proven experience in both fields.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and skincare routines.
• Experience in product recommendations to support client needs beyond service delivery.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
