Guests experience thoughtfully curated rituals, from relaxing in our sun-filled lounge with herbal tea to unwinding in a private infrared sauna, before receiving deeply personalized treatments.

We are seeking a Dual Role Massage Therapist + Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about holistic wellness, elevated guest experience, and growing within a purpose-driven spa environment.

Position Overview

This dual-role position is ideal for a provider who enjoys both massage therapy and esthetics, and is excited to deliver customized, results-driven, and restorative treatments.

You will provide high-quality massage and skincare services while creating a seamless, personalized guest experience aligned with Citron Spa standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional massage therapy and facial treatments tailored to each guest
• Provide an elevated, welcoming, and professional guest experience from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with guests to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services and home care
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas according to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive spa culture
• Educate guests on services, products, and wellness recommendations
• Build and retain a loyal clientele

The Ideal Candidate

• Licensed in Massage Therapy (RI) and Esthetics (RI)
• Passionate about holistic wellness, skincare, and bodywork
• Positive, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and guest connection skills
• Motivated to grow within the spa and expand skillset
• Comfortable recommending services and retail in a genuine, guest-focused way
• Able to manage time effectively and maintain a flexible schedule
• Available to work at least one weekend day

Experience is a plus, but not required - we value attitude, presence, and a willingness to learn.

Position Requirements

• Perform all required massage and facial treatments to Citron standards
• Recommend and enhance guest experiences through thoughtful service and product suggestions
• Support consistent guest retention through exceptional service
• Maintain all licensing and professional standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Bend, stretch, and move comfortably throughout the day
• Perform physical treatments for extended durations
• Maintain stamina for a full schedule of services
