The Receptionist at Dubai Courts serves as the first point of contact for court visitors, clients, legal professionals, and employees. The role involves managing the front desk, directing inquiries, providing accurate information about court procedures and services, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment in accordance with Dubai Courts’ service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
  • Provide accurate information about court schedules, services, and procedures to visitors and callers.
  • Verify and check appointments, case numbers, and visitor identity, ensuring proper access and adherence to security protocols.
  • Assist clients in navigating self-service kiosks or e-services offered by Dubai Courts.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide basic support in Arabic and English.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage the issuance of visitor passes as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments for coordination of appointments, hearings, or customer service requests.
  • Report any security or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
  • Adhere to Dubai Courts’ standards of confidentiality, integrity, and public service excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a front desk role, preferably in a legal or government environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of court systems, legal terminology, or government procedures is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
