We are seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join in a dynamic marketing team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences and driving digital performance.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the hotels brand, rooms, restaurants, and experiences.
- Manage online presence across all digital platforms including website, social media, email marketing, and third-party travel sites (OTAs).
- Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand identity and global marketing standards.
- Analyse campaign performance and digital analytics to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, F&B, events) to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO / SEM, social media ads, and online reputation management.
- Coordinate with digital agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum 24 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and SEO / SEM best practices.Excellent communication and project management skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.Experience in photography, videography, or content creation is a plus.Locally available & with UAE experience is a plus.Salary offered :
