Key Responsibilities
- Oversee business setup and incorporation across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
- Manage company law compliance, amendments, renewals, and dissolutions.
- Coordinate the end-to-end incorporation process and license renewals for clients.
- Handle routine correspondence with existing clients and provide accurate, updated information to new prospects.
- Assess client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and compare jurisdictions/structures to recommend the most cost-effective options.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and service providers in the UAE and internationally.
- Support post-setup services including:
- Corporate bank account opening
- Accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing
- Immigration and visa services (tourist, visit, employment, residence)
- Document clearance and attestation
- Office administration services
- Conduct due diligence checks on new and existing clients.
- Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate, up to date, and securely maintained.
- Develop and maintain expertise in UAE laws, regulations, and business practices relevant to corporate services.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client and company information at all times.

Qualifications
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting practices
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Finance and financial documents related to business setup
- Knowledge of local UAE business and regulatory environment is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
