Maintenance Engineer (Ecosystem Products)

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to handle the inspection, maintenance, and repair of our brand’s ecosystem products.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and test our ecosystem products (including small home appliances, electronic devices, etc.);
• Complete repair records and issue analyses following standard procedures to ensure high-quality repairs;
• Summarize and report issues for products with high return/repair rates to support product quality improvement;
• Maintain tools and the working environment to ensure safe and standardized operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in repairing electronics, electrical appliances, or small home appliances; relevant industry background is preferred;
• Strong hands-on abilities, with a meticulous and responsible working attitude;
• Able to work independently with solid problem-solving skills;
• Stable, reliable, and capable of handling work pressure, with good teamwork spirit.
