Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise G+1 construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with DM regulations and project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and site reports
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Liaise with authorities for inspections and approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• DM approval for G+1 projects is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
